Every manufactured building comes with the necessary drawings, structural calculations and certificates. You thus get a clear set of documents for the delivered steel prefabricated building.

Ideal for pallet and rack storage, making efficient use of warehouse space. They adapt to any type of production. An office section with staff facilities can be built in. The buildings can be fitted with a crane runway and roof skylights for natural light.

How we work
From inquiry to delivery
Inquiry and indicative price
Tell us what you have in mind through the form, by e-mail or by phone. Within three days of receiving the basic parameters, we will prepare an indicative quote for you.
Refining requirements and documents
If the indicative price works for you, we will refine the remaining dimensions, the intended use and the equipment of the hall together. We will go through any drawings or designs you already have and add the documents needed to prepare the final offer.
Complete offer and contract
We will present you with a complete offer including technical specification, scope of delivery, price and delivery date. Once it is approved, we prepare a contract with the agreed terms.
Release into production
After the contract is signed, we issue the first deposit invoice. Once the deposit is paid and the technical brief is confirmed, we release your hall into production.
Production and dispatch preparation
The indicative production time is approximately four to five months from payment of the first deposit; we agree the exact date in the contract. When production is complete, we issue the second deposit invoice and prepare the delivery for dispatch.
Delivery and documentation
Once the agreed payments have been made, we confirm the exact transport date with you to the agreed location. We deliver the structure and the ordered components and hand over the related documentation. Assembly is not part of the hall delivery.

At HALLVEX, we supply steel prefabricated buildings tailored to the needs and ideas of our customers. We value fast, clear communication and a transparent offer, so you know what your delivery includes, how much it will cost and when you can expect it.
The core of our offer is the steel load-bearing structure of the building. Depending on your requirements, we add wall and roof cladding made of sandwich panels, electric sectional doors or entrance doors. Together, we match the scope and individual parameters to the planned use of the building.

We will prepare an indicative quote within three days of receiving the basic information. We will then go through the dimensions, fittings and other requirements with you in detail to prepare a complete quote with a clearly defined scope of delivery and delivery date. We want you to have enough information for your decision and to know the next step at all times.
We deliver the materials and individual building components, including all related documentation. Assembly itself is not part of the offer. We deliver across the European Union.
